Checkout Process:

- Select your delivery date from the calendar.
- Complete the checkout.
Note: The chosen date on the calendar is the delivery date. Once processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with the delivery date and tracking information.
Receipt of Delivery:
Inspect your delivery upon receipt. Report any defects within 4 hours for a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for products left to spoil or be stolen after delivery.
Cancellations:
Submit cancellation requests before the scheduled dispatch time by contacting our customer service team. Cancellations may not be guaranteed outside this window.
Returns:
At Ancient Infusions Apothecary, we strive for excellence. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, notify our customer service team with a picture and description within 4 hours of delivery for resolution.
